Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products (Printed Books, Merchandise, etc.)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photo evidence of the issue.
